• BAMS / BHMS / BDS / BPT & MBA in Hospital Administration (mandatory)

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day hospital/clinical operations

• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure smooth service delivery

• Implement process improvements for better patient care and operational efficiency

• Manage data, reports, and documentation for compliance and audits

• Assist in managing doctor and staff schedules, and patient workflow

• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and hospital policies

✅ Skills & Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems
