About the Role
Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practices.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor, record, and report patient conditions and progress.
Assist in medical procedures and respond promptly to emergencies.
Educate patients and families on health management, treatments, and post-care instructions.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Support infection control and patient safety protocols.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
Mentor and guide junior nursing staff when required.
Requirements
We are hiring Staff Nurses to join our team at a leading Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai. The role involves providing quality patient care across various departments including Ward, OT, ICU, and Casualty.
Education: ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Registered with Maharashtra State Nursing Council).
Experience: 1–5 years of relevant hospital experience (freshers may also be considered).
Strong clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
