About the Role
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will be responsible for providing round-the-clock medical support to patients undergoing fertility treatments. This includes monitoring patient conditions, assisting consultants during procedures, managing emergencies, maintaining medical records, and ensuring smooth coordination between clinical and nursing teams.

Job Description
Assist fertility specialists and gynecologists in IVF, IUI, and other reproductive procedures.
Conduct patient evaluations, take detailed medical histories, and perform routine examinations.
Monitor and document patient progress during stimulation cycles, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and post-procedure care.
Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids as per treatment protocols.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and ensure patient safety.
Coordinate with the nursing and embryology teams for smooth operation of treatment cycles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and reports.
Provide patient education and counseling regarding medications, treatment steps, and after-care.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICMR, NABH).
Participate in quality assurance and clinical audits when required.
