About the Role
Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors at the hospital front desk.
Handle patient registration, admission, and discharge formalities.
Manage billing, cash, and payment collection processes accurately.
Provide financial counseling to patients and families regarding treatment costs and insurance coverage.
Coordinate with TPAs (Third Party Administrators) for pre-authorization, approvals, and claim processing.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Address patient queries and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Ensure smooth front office operations with excellent customer service.
Requirements
We are seeking a Front Office Executive with prior hospital front office and billing experience. The role involves managing patient interactions, handling billing processes, coordinating with TPAs, and assisting in financial counseling to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: 1–3 years of hospital front office, billing, financial counseling, and TPA coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hospital management software will be an added advantage.
