About the Role

The Designer – Vectorworks will be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and visualizations using Vectorworks software. The role involves translating design concepts into technical drawings and ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the design development process.

Job Description

  • Produce and maintain detailed architectural and construction drawings using Vectorworks.

  • Assist architects and engineers in developing plans, layouts, elevations, and sections for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

  • Prepare 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for client presentations.

  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.

  • Collaborate with design and project teams to integrate structural, MEP, and landscape elements.

  • Maintain organized drawing files, version control, and proper documentation of design revisions.

  • Support in quantity estimation and material take-offs based on drawings (when required).

  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors for drawing clarifications and updates.

  • Stay updated with the latest Vectorworks features and best practices in CAD/BIM workflows.
